Ordinance 2293

Public Hearing

• Mr. Jacob Magiera spoke on the the origins of the ordinance and the writing of ordinances.
• Mr. Saul Qersdyn asked about the enforcement and long-term consequences of the ordinance.

 

The public hearing was closed with no one else coming up to speak.

• There was discussion from members of council and the ordinance was voted on and passed with council member Larissa Chen-Hoerning voting ‘no’.

 

Ordinance 2295

• With no one from the public coming forward, the ordinance was discussed, voted on, and adopted unanimously.

 

Public Portion

Jacob Magiera

• Mr. Mageira spoke on the moving of the DPW from its present location to ConRail property to accommodate senior housing. He also spoke on the public right to obtain information.

 

Resolutions

The resolutions were read into the record.

 

Resolutions 49-10 and 55-10 were pulled from consent. All other resolutions were moved, seconded, voted on, and approved.
